Stakeout

Detective cases for multiple screens

Multiple screens. One team. Crack the case.

How it works

Same case. Different evidence.

Most online escape rooms put everyone in front of one shared screen. Stakeout gives each team its own screen, so you have to describe what you see. That's where the fun is.

  1. 01

    Get your key

Buy a case for $10. Your case key arrives by email in seconds, and one key covers your whole group.

  2. 02

    Pick a side

One team takes Field and works the crime scene. The other takes HQ and digs through precinct records. Each team opens stakeout/play on its own device.

  3. 03

    Talk it through

Hop on any call: FaceTime, Zoom, Discord or a plain phone call. Read clues out loud, compare notes and name the culprit before dawn.

Field team sees
  • A trail of places to search, one after another
  • Locks, safes and hidden objects
  • Physical evidence
HQ team sees
  • Suspect files and alibis
  • The city directory and phone lines
  • Records the Field team needs
Long distance

Made for two.

Field and HQ is a perfect fit for a long-distance date: one of you at the scene, one at the precinct, both on the same call. Each of you plays on your own screen, wherever you are.

Game night

Bring the crew.

Groups of 3 to 6 split into two teams. Each team gathers around one screen, so the Field team argues over the scene while HQ argues over the files. One key covers everyone.
